Jim Pencavage is a Construction Manager with over 25 years of experience in managing federal construction contracts. Jim has successfully managed contracts for the Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Department of Defense, and NAFAC. Jim has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and holds multiple sustainable building construction certifications including LEED AP BC + D, Green Globes Professional (GGP), and Guiding Principles Compliance Professional (GPCP). Jim is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jim was recruited by Senate Builders in 2020 as a Project Manager / Quality Control Manager for a $13 million renovation contract located at Bldg. 1E, Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. His current position is Project Manager of all projects located in Tobyhanna, PA and Wilkes-Barre, PA.
